• Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days ( excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Allow 24-48 hrs for order processing. We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped. 

     

    Please be aware that due to Covid-19 our shipping may be delayed and you may experience a longer wait than normal. If you have any concerns please contact Irispoupee@gmail.com


     

    Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Iris Poupée is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs we suggest filing a claim through USPS or with your local policy department. Make sure you are  shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    We are not accepting returns or exchanges at the moment, due to Covid-19. 

     

    We will only consider refunds or exchanges in the rare event that you’ve receive the wrong item. If this has happened with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) and we will do everything we can to ensure your transaction is successful.
